What to do if you were charged twice

If you believe you have been charged twice for the same purchase, it is important to review the situation carefully before taking action. In many cases, what appears to be a duplicate charge may actually be a temporary authorization or a pending transaction.

Start by checking your order history in your Colorlio account. This will show whether one or multiple orders were successfully processed. If only one order appears, the second charge may be temporary and should be reversed automatically by your bank.
